A considered masterpiece, every element of this luxury high-rise has been thoughtfully crafted to balance a serene connection to nature with the sophistication of city life.

Building Architecture

Aerie makes a modern statement with a luminous blue-green terracotta façade inspired by its historic surroundings. A tribute to the neighborhood’s iconic cupolas, the building pairs timeless character with expansive glazing, stacked balconies, and a sculptural silhouette designed to bring light and openness into every residence.
